Raising Funds Through Lawn Care......Really?!?!

First off - NO, you and your group will not be performing any lawn care services. Don't worry, it is taken care of by Nations Harvest and their professional lawn care service teams that are licensed and insured!

So, What Is This Lawn Care Fundraiser?

In a traditional fundraiser, your group would be encouraged to sell catelog orders to your friends, family, co-workers, and neighborhood friends. You would likely be selling items that most people do not truly want but they want to support you and your kids.

Well, isn't it time that you made it easier on them to support you? Of course it is! That is where Nations Harvest comes in...

Instead of selling items in a catelog or wrapping paper or even cookie dough, Nations Harvest allows you to sell something that most people already have included in their budget. You sell lawn care services. Specifically, you can sell the services listed here:

  • Aeration
  • Fertilizer
  • Organic Fertilizer
  • Sprinkler Startup (Spring Only)
  • Sprinkler Blowout (Fall Only)
It is a practical solution and a great way to raise funds for your group quickly and with little hassl. There are 4 ways for your program to work. We will customize it to fit your needs, but here is a quick look.

4 Ways To Fundraising Success

When it comes to raising money for your group, we have 4 different ways of putting together your fundraising efforts.

Traditional Fundraising

  • Parents/customers are given packets to fill out & order their services as well as ask their family, neighbors and friends to be part of the fundraising efforts through regular seasonal lawn care services.

Modern Fundraising

  • Emails blasts are set up with your parent/contact lists and customers are informed about your fundraising campaign, and then directed to Harvests’ website in which they can then order services online or call Harvest to set up their services.

Booth Fundraising

  • Customers are obtained through a booth we can set up and place at a local business, festival or event in the community.  This does require participants to help at the booth, in a scheduled rotation.  Participants will just be required to fill out the order sheets with the customers’ information.  This is usually a days’ commitment, and depending on the turnout at the event, could yield great results.

Neighborhood Canvas Fundraising

  • This is a great way to obtain a large number of customers in a short, 3-hour timeframe, yielding quick monetary results.  This type of fundraising is only provided for groups of at least 30 participants, older than 14 years of age, and parent or adult supervision is agreed upon.  Harvest handles all of the organizational details of the canvas to ensure the safety and success of the participants fundraising, including making sure that the neighborhood(s) canvassed do not have any solicitation restrictions placed on them.
